Systematic and geographic catalogs of the mineralogical species in the Mexican Republic

Corresponding catalogs to the mineral collections of the Institute. More than 200 mineralogical species and specimens of more than 2,000 localities of the country are recorded. It contains the following sections: (1) Systematic table of the mineralogical mexican species, constructed according to Dana’s classification (1892). (2) Systematic catalog of the mineralogical species. (3) Geographic catalog of the mineralogical species of México. (4) Alphabetic index of the species. In this work, there is a compilation of the Table of mineralogical species, by A. del Castillo; the Catalogue of mineral species of Jalisco and the Mineralogical synopsis, both by Carlos F. de Landero; the Elements of Orictognosia, by Andrés Manuel del Río; and the Mineral wealth of México, by Santiago Ramírez.
