Abstract

This is the first paleobotanical study published by the institute. It is a detailed monograph in which the composition of the flora of the region of the NW of Oaxaca is specified, making a connection between the present genre and species. The author considers the flora from the Lias (Lower Jurassic), but later, Buckhardt (Boletín 47, 1927) would raise the superior limit to the Middle Jurassic.
